1. Introduction

Pigeonworks, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Ingredio mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.

The App operates entirely on your device and does not have backend servers or cloud storage.

3. Data Storage

Local Storage

  • Recipe Data: All recipes and ingredient lists you create are stored locally on your device using Hive database
  • Photos: Photos you take are stored locally on your device
  • No Cloud Sync: Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it

4. Permissions

The App requires the following permissions:

Camera Permission

  • Purpose: To capture photos of ingredient lists
  • Usage: Only activated when you tap the camera button
  • Storage: Photos are stored locally on your device

Storage/Photo Library Permission

  • Purpose: To select existing photos from your device
  • Usage: Only activated when you select photos from gallery
  • Access: Read-only access to photos you explicitly select

5. Third-Party Services

OpenAI ChatGPT

  • Usage: You may choose to manually share photos with ChatGPT for ingredient recognition
  • Data Sent: Only images you explicitly choose to share
  • Our Role: We do NOT send data to ChatGPT directly; you control the entire process
  • ChatGPT Privacy: Please review OpenAI's Privacy Policy

How it Works: You tap "Send to ChatGPT" → The App opens your device's share dialog → You manually select ChatGPT and send the image → ChatGPT processes the image and returns text → You manually copy and paste the result back into our App.

6. Data Security

  • All data is stored locally using Hive encrypted database
  • No network transmission of your recipe data
  • No user accounts or authentication required
  • No analytics or tracking

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

  1. Deleting individual recipes within the App
  2. Uninstalling the App (removes all local data permanently)

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. No data collection occurs regardless of user age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Pigeonworks, LLC（以下「当社」）は、Ingredio(イングレディオ) モバイルアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）を運営しています。 本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリをご利用いただく際の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

2. 収集する情報

当社は個人データを収集、保存、または送信しません。

本アプリは完全にお客様のデバイス上で動作し、バックエンドサーバーやクラウドストレージを持ちません。

3. データの保存

ローカルストレージ

  • レシピデータ: 作成したレシピや食材リストは、Hiveデータベースを使用してデバイス上にローカル保存されます
  • 写真: 撮影した写真はデバイス上にローカル保存されます
  • クラウド同期なし: お客様が明示的に共有しない限り、データがデバイスから外部に送信されることはありません

4. 必要な権限

本アプリは以下の権限を必要とします：

カメラ権限

  • 目的: 食材リストの写真を撮影するため
  • 使用方法: カメラボタンをタップした時のみ有効化されます
  • 保存場所: 写真はデバイス上にローカル保存されます

ストレージ/フォトライブラリ権限

  • 目的: デバイスから既存の写真を選択するため
  • 使用方法: ギャラリーから写真を選択する時のみ有効化されます
  • アクセス: お客様が明示的に選択した写真への読み取り専用アクセス

5. 第三者サービス

OpenAI ChatGPT

  • 使用方法: 食材認識のために、手動で写真をChatGPTと共有することができます
  • 送信されるデータ: お客様が明示的に共有することを選択した画像のみ
  • 当社の役割: 当社はChatGPTにデータを直接送信しません。すべての処理をお客様が管理します
  • ChatGPTのプライバシー: OpenAIのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください

仕組み: 「ChatGPTに送信」をタップ → デバイスの共有ダイアログが開きます → 手動でChatGPTを選択して画像を送信 → ChatGPTが画像を処理してテキストを返します → 結果を手動でコピーして本アプリに貼り付けます。

6. データのセキュリティ

  • すべてのデータはHive暗号化データベースを使用してローカルに保存されます
  • レシピデータのネットワーク送信はありません
  • ユーザーアカウントや認証は不要です
  • 分析やトラッキングはありません

7. データの削除

以下の方法でいつでもデータを削除できます：

  1. アプリ内で個別のレシピを削除
  2. アプリをアンインストール（すべてのローカルデータが完全に削除されます）

8. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の児童から情報を意図的に収集することはありません。ユーザーの年齢に関わらずデータ収集は行われません。

9. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、本アプリ内およびこのページに「最終更新日」を更新して掲載します。
